标题:关于自定义纸张宽度不能大于高度的问题

这是第三方的回复,大概的意思是进纸的尺寸和自定义尺寸不符的话,打印就会出现问题,有问题的用户,将纸张切成自定义大小后再测试看看,注意调整禁止进纸(jia)的宽度到纸张宽度。

It has been observed that using the Custom paper size may give undesired behavior.
The reason behind this is, we are setting the Paper Size for the PrintDocument, however our printer is still unaware of the size of paper we are supplying. Please know that if we set the PaperKind with our code, the printer would be able to identify the PaperKind we are supplying.
 
Let us consider an example of the paper size (120mm X 160mm), the Print Preview would be displayed fine. However, while actually printing through the physical printer the printer would split the page as per the size supplied (if the paper size is different from what is supplied) and print the data in that split only. If the paper supplied is of size 200mm X 200mm, the paper would be split in 120 X 160 from the input Area.
 
I would request you to test the same at your side. You may try cutting the paper in the same size as per the size supplied to the C1PrintDocument. I hope that would clear your doubts. I have attached a sample I created for you to test, please cut the paper as the paper size of C1PrintDocument and then print.

另外,既然是自定义纸张,肯定是跟实际纸张尺寸一样的....它的答复不是多此一举?

我平时测试的时候,虽然是自定义纸张,但是进的纸是A4的。
有空我再测试一下看看,不行的话,我再和他联系。
