Filter press machine, according to the system, it can be manual filter press, hydraulic filter press and automatic filter press. This pp filter press is driven by the electrical hydraulic station and the close pressure can be 16-18 MPa. Because it do not include more flexible functions so it is a cheap filter press, but the sealing performance will much better than the manual hydraulic filter press. And with filter press manual, it’s very easy to be operated.
Comparing with manual hydraulic filter press, this is motor driven. Hydraulic chamber filter press has much higher closing pressure, thus it can endure higher feeding pressure to ensure better filtering performance. Some customer import filter press from us, but wonder how the hydraulic system keep pressure, in fact, the key point is the electrical contact pressure gauge, which is on the cylinder. When you buy filter press, you will found, on the pressure gauge, there are three metal pointers. One is for high pressure limit, one is for low pressure limit, other one is actual pressure pointer. When the pressure limit is set, normally is 16/18 MPa (Low/High). When the middle pointer touches the high pressure limit, there will be a electrical single to stop the hydraulic motor. Thus the pressure will not increase and under the function of one-way valve, the pressure will be hold. For long time, if the pressure is leaking, the middle pointer will touch the low pressure limit, then will start the hydraulic oil pump to increase the cylinder pressure. This whole process called pressure maintenance of hydraulic filter press.
