打开程序后提示错误，注释SystemIdle里的代码后可以使用了，请问老师以下注释掉的代码应该怎样修改，之前一直运行正常，今天才提示错误，请老师指点。

我也知道没有2月30日，但是代码如何改较合理，我感到有点懵，还请老师指点。我就是想在下方任务栏显示农历日期。
