如果只是为了控制按钮颜色，完全不需要使用变量

MouseEnter

If Typeof e.sender Is WinForm.Button Then
e.sender.backcolor = color.Orange
e.sender.ForeColor = Color.white
End If

MouseLeave
If Typeof e.sender Is WinForm.Button Then
e.sender.backcolor = Color.Khaki
e.sender.Forecolor = Color.black
End If

至于颜色变暗完全是眼睛的视觉偏差
