老师，我运用了添加行，但是每次添加行后，顺序号就跳行了，如图示状态，能不能实现自动添加行

老师，我用这段代码新增行时，采购编号不是自动在下面最后行添加，而是插入添加，我需要怎么处理，让行添加后按升序排序
