请教老师，下面代码能实现不同客户端编号的不重复，但是一个客户端连续增加行，增加行的编号后三位+1就不会变化，呈现同一个编号，不知问题在哪里

问题成因：登录用户打开窗口只加载自己要处理的行，并根据需要增加新行处理，这时增加新行的数量超过1行时，后续增加行的编号都是一样的，不会自动+1

一定要使用网络环境下的复杂编号才能实现吗？
