你只改动了     idx = CInt(max.Substring(bh.length+1,3)) + 1 \'获得最大编号的后三位顺序号,并加1
还有“XSCK”字符应该加在那？

才会显示出来，我需要的编号“XSCK20160811-001”

  idx = CInt(max.Substring(9,3)) + 1 \'获得最大编号的后三位顺序号,并加1    有什么区别，就把原来的9改了   +1  为什么？

因为你的编号是前面的 bh 加 - 加 数字

编号的长度+1以后，就是截取到数字的值
