网页简单授权，用测试号，测试正常的。
这是认证的服务号，和测试号不一样，要下载个文件放置到web服务器目录中。
论坛里面没有提问过，郁闷，难到就我一个人碰到需要这样授权的~
应该是服务器要设置下，能让微信访问到就可以了，但不知道怎么设置~

应该是微信访问不到这个文件,或者访问前被阻止，或者被重定向了。
